Is this just a template?
No. Each program is assembled from a coach-authored recipe — fully periodised with phases, deloads and progression — then personalised to your sport, schedule and events. It's the opposite of a one-size-fits-all template.
Which sports does it cover?
We currently build programs for Streetlifting/Calisthenics and Strongman. Pick your sport at the start and the builder only offers programs designed for it.
How long are the programs and how many days a week?
You choose. The builder shows the program lengths and weekly training frequencies available for your sport, so you only see options that actually fit your schedule.
How do I follow my program?
Your program is delivered instantly to the free Blueprint app on iOS, where you log sets, watch technique videos and track progress session by session.
